I should be heading to bed as well - a quick tidy up then I'm off I think. Hoping tomorrow is an easy day at work then looking forward to pay day on Tuesday :-)

Work and dinner at Mums afterwards. I have a friend checking out a house for me this afternoon. Lucky for me I have one who is willing to do it as that is the only way I am going to be able to check some out. None of the real estate agents cater for people who work. :(

Well change of plans here. No work. My left foot is so sore I think I may have a spur so I am of to get it checked out. If I didn't have to be on my feet alot during the day I would have gone in but looking after 17 3-5 year olds me not standing for long isn't going to happen.

yowie Julie! I hope your foot is ok. Take care {{hugs}}

It's been pouring with rain here..really gusty and there's reports of flooding. It's been a bit of a lazy Monday here. School's been cancelled so have got my nephews and niece here. The boys playing COD and the girls are watching movies in the lounge. I'm thinking I'll go scrapbook now the paper runs are done.

Bought a new umbrella today! Left the other one at my nephew's the other night.

Back to work for me. I finished the album for DH's nieces, so just need to get it to them now.

Some good news today. I have got some muscle damage to my foot and not a spur as I thought and the funny thing about it is I don't even know how I did it, right between the second and third toes. So it is resting for me as much as I can tomorrow and Wednesday before hobbling back to work on Thursday.

Helen...I bought a new umbrella recently and it has been munted by the wind gusts yesterday :cry: Problem was it was so wet and I was delivering newspapers..the the choices were 1. Stay dry but munt the umbrella or 2. Save the brolly and get drenced. :roll:

You take care, Julie..and rest up!

Rain for you too Christine and Deb? We might have what you are having....

I'm so supposed to give a sewing lesson this afternoon but not sure if my students will be able to make it in to town. They live rurally and the road my be flooded. I'm waiting to hear from their Mum if they are coming.

If not I'll work on my scrappy pages...trying to make the hexie one work for me.

I am DETERMINED to finish unpacking today - i can feel the boxes and paper getting damp just from sitting around.

Pay day today as well so I will have the usual bills and grocery shopping to do at some stage during the day - I might even try to get out now before it starts raining again.

Stay dry everyone!
