I am looking to do some photography classes "in the field" so to speak and was wondering if Tiff has ever considered making a trip to Cairns to teach in the field? I love your tutorials but have been unable to participate in the last few as my camera has decided it has been dropped one too many times.
I have ordered my first DSLR and am looking forward to being able to use it with the tutorial knowlege, but would also love to be able to work with someone out and about. Does anyone else like this idea, what would this cost and what would you be willing to pay? If you are willing Tiff I would be very happy to organise this.
If you are unable to come to Cairns Tiff I have heard there is a Steve Rutherford who does classes in Cairns, has anyone heard of him, in particular what his classes are like?

Oh dear Trisha. I've only just found your question.

I am soo flattered. Very very flattered.

Go with someone local babe. I've just googled Steve Rutherford, and he does do training in Cairns, so it means you won't need to organise anything.

this is his link for his 2012 training program.
here

Local knowledge of the area is paramount to being in the right spot at the right time, I have not ever been up your way before.

But thank you for the asking. I'm rather chuffed.

big mwah and sorry again that I missed this question back in June.

tiff
