Here's a quick way to make up a Star decoration for your tree, or one to embellish your LO - or even back it and make a card
Image
Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses Paper
Snow Globe(reverse side) This is more burgundy colour than the purple in the shop.
Thin Ice
Starry Night (reverse side) this is more burgundy/pink rather than the purple shown in the shop sample.
Fancy Pants Christmas Magic Buttons
The vine is a snip off Prima's Christmas Vine

Here's how to put together the star:

I googled a star template that had 3 different sized stars
and cut three stars out the papers are from Teresa Collin's Noel Kit
Image

Distress the edges
Image

Attach some foam mounting tape to the middle size star
Image

Place the middle sized star on top of the biggest star and glue a piece of gauze on top
Image

Then repeat the foam tape on the smallest star
Image

Cut out some holly and berries
Image

Arrange on the top layer of the star
Image

And apply to your LO - or card etc:
Here's a LO I put together ( and used the cream paper with the star already cut out(the negative) to use as a feature in the LO  )

Will do - I'm actually getting sick of Christmas cards and want to do a couple of layouts this weekend :-)

love these - I was torn between doing the 21st birthday photos this weekend and playing with these, then realised I could do them in "21st" colours! I'll give it a go.

I've done it! Used these for the card challenge. I didn't have any gauze though. Will upload pics tomorrow :-)

Here are my star cards for Julie's challenge - I'll pm Lee-Anne to ask her to pop a folder in the challenge section.

Thanks for the inspiration Mandy - you really pulled me out of my slump :-)
