These photos of my little sister and I were taken last year before I moved away, all I wanted was one nice photo but in the end I gave up. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em hey!7 commentsApr 25, 2010
geelong_(Medium).jpgI have used DM on the letters and cracked it after drying for interest. It looks like there are some white patches on it but there aren't it is just how the picture scanned (???).
Paper is Bo Bunny Gypsy Spice, buttons from the Basic Grey Marrakech range, flourishes cut with Cricut & SCAL and I used my Dymo labeller.

ST_April_10_Sketch_challenge_ST.jpgBig change in Lifestyle 4 UMy take on the sketch challenge. I've used DM on the circles on the brackets and over the word "change" to highlight it. tfl11 comments
IMG_0692.JPG........MARINELANDMy LO is based on a LO in the Kaiser Q2 mag featuring the Kaiser "Offshore" range of pp's, elements, rub-ons and Rhinestones. I thought this was perfect for my photo which was taken at the "old" Marineland on the Gold Coast which no longer exists - it is now a small part of SeaWorld.
I have also used Stickles to highlight the waves and DM on the 'splashes' around the title.
for-the-love-of-colour.jpgFor the Love of ColourI created the background out of all those manufacturer's name strips down the bottom of patterned papers. (Including a couple from Cosmo's Nutmeg range - to incorporate the woodgrain pattern!) Then I gave it a thin coat of gesso to dull it down a touch and bring a bit more cohesion.
My journaling says "I dressed you in these brightly coloured onesies when you were first born, but they were size 0000 and you were such a big baby who had no trouble growing so they barely lasted you 2 weeks. Today I went out
married.jpgMarriedI used some of the new Sassfrass lass pp, prima flowers and swirls, thickers, cosmo and caroles tiny letters and DM on the frame.

The journalling is about being married.
