Project Life is on it's way

We have all being waiting a long time for it but word is in that Project Life is only a couple of short weeks away. There are some questions that you have all had that I thought I would address here - 1. Will we be carrying full line - YES - our order is definately for the full line and wherever possible we will have the full line available. 2. Will you be able to use any discount vouchers on the new stuff - YES - definately if you have current voucher codes you are welcome to use them on any of our stock including new stock. 3. Are we taking pre-orders for stock - NO - as you all know we only sell product we actually have in stock so whilst we are happy to send you an e-mail when the stock you are chasing has arrived we do not talk money for stock before it is available.

Danny and I (Lee-Anne) purchased Scraptherapy as a going concern nearly five years ago now, - we celebrate 5 years at the end of June. During that time we have seen terrific growth and as well as the online store, we have a shopfront in both Babinda and Cairns, and you just never know where the next one may pop up. Our son Robert has joined the family business this year and without you guys we would not be here so thankyou for your continuing support. If you have only just found us we are so glad you made it here. Scraptherapy is here to help you achieve your papercrafting goals. Don't forget girls, if you are in Cairns you can visit our clearance outlet, the shop is open all day Thursday Friday and Saturday morning (see our contact us page for opening times.) As always, the site won’t be changing, we will be just the same, great friends, great brands, great prices. Head office will still be the Babinda store, so feel free to come on down and visit if you are in Cairns – and while you are here we highly recommend a visit to the local Bakery, a stay at the local pub, kayaking in the Babinda Creek, or just chilling out swimming at the Boulders or a nice walk at Josephine Falls. Posting your goodies - when you order with us 90% of orders are posted trackable and with insurance and are usually dispatched within 24 hours of your payment being received. On most of our products you can upgrade to express post by paying the $12 fee however please note that not all areas within Australia are guaranteed overnight delivery with express post. Heavy items such as albums, some off the page projects and some storage containers cannot be shipped express. We send everything with a tracking number and if you haven't received it within a reasonable time after ordering you should contact us so that we can track and trace it for you
