All parcels are sent with full tracking and registration. Freight options are Express Freight or Freight with insurance, this option is available in the check out procedure. Scraptherapy is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged in the post if they are not insured.

Please note that Express does not necessarily mean overnight - it will depend on your location, not all areas of Australia are guaranteed overnight by Australia Post from Babinda

International Orders

Scrap Therapy is happy to send to international customers however freight will be charged at a minumun rate of $50.00 (larger orders may be more expensive). Overseas parcels are sent registered airmail, with insurance - we do not send overseas any other way as parcels have been lost in the past.
