The aim of Scrap Therapy is to offer affordable prices.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include the 10% GST. Prices do not include Postage which will be added to your order at checkout. To view our postage conditions please click here.

Items Out of Stock

From time to time an item you order may be out of stock. If this happens you will not be charged for the item. You well get an email notifying you that the item is out of stock and you will have the option of being notified when the item is back in stock.

Payment

Scrap Therapy provides a secure online shopping. Current payment Options are:

Direct Deposit
You can pay your account by depositing directly into Scrap Therapy's Bank Account.
If you choose this option bank details will be supplied to you.
Your items will not be posted until funds have been cleared in our bank Account, which can take up to 2 working days to clear.

Cheque or Money Order
Please make Cheques and Money orders payable to:

Please ensure you attach to your cheque/money order a copy of your order so Scrap Therapy can identify who the cheque is from.

If paying by cheque money order please be aware that goods will not be posted until the cheque/money order has cleared in our bank account.

Paypal
You can pay your account by selecting Paypal.
If you choose this option you will be able to pay by Credit card or from your own bank account.
Paypal is a safe and secure way to pay and transfer is immediate.

Delivery Terms

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days and posted as soon as funds clear.
Please allow an extra 2 working days for processing or your order during Sale Periods.

Refund Policy

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us either by phone or email within 5 days of receiving your order. Scrap Therapy can then arrage for you to return the item and a store credit will be given*. All postage for returned items that other then damaged or stock that has been mis advertised will be at the cost of the buyer.

*Items must be in original condition and unopened.

Local pick up

You are welcome to pick up your order if you are within Scrap Therapy's local area. Please contact us and inform us of a time that is suitable for you to collect your order.
