All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include the 10% GST. Prices do not include Postage which will be added to your order at checkout. To view our postage conditions please click here.
Items Out of Stock
We keep a very tight inventory of stock however occassionally something goes wrong and a product will be out of stock. If this happens, We will contact you by phone if possible, if not be e-mail to discuss with you if you would like to replace the out of stock item with an alternative or if the item can be restocked we will notify you when the item is back in stock.

If you choose this option you will be able to pay by Credit card or from your own bank account.
Paypal is a safe and secure way to pay and transfer is immediate.
Call through Credit Card Details
You can pay your account by selecting to call us with your credit card details.
If you choose this option you will be able to call thru your credit card details and have your order processed without delay.
You can pay your account by depositing directly into Scraptherapy’s Bank Account.
If you choose this option bank details will be supplied to you.
Your items will not be posted until funds have been cleared in our bank Account, which can take up to 2 working days.

Please ensure you attach to your cheque/money order a copy of your order so Scraptherapy can identify who the cheque is from.
If paying by cheque money order please be aware that goods will not be posted until the cheque/money order has cleared in our bank account.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days and posted as soon as funds clear.
Please allow an extra 2 working days for processing of your order during Sale Periods.
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us either by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receiving your order. Scraptherapy can then arrange for you to return the item and a store credit will be given*. All postage for returned items that other then damaged stock or stock that has been mis-advertised will be at the cost of the buyer.
*Items must be in original condition and unopened.
