Returned Products
Purchasing product online can be difficult at times and sometimes what you get is just not what you expect (size, colour differences etc). For this reason if you have any questions prior to purchasing a product please call us on 07 4067 2725. We are sometimes in the shop with customers so if we do not answer please leave your details and we will return your call.
Punches and Dies. We will call you to check before we open, however all punches are opened and checked prior to sending. If a die is particularly fussy then we will also open to test. If for some reason you would prefer for this not to happen please put a comment in the comments section of the checkout screen.
If for some reason you wish to return your product, you are welcome to do so in exchange for a shop credit. The product must be returned within 14 days at your cost. The product must be sealed in original packaging and must be in original condition.
Refunds are not available on Gift Vouchers or Deposits for classes etc.
Faulty Product
If you have any faulty product please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us first by phone to let us know what the problem is so that we can advise on the correct course of action. Again, please notify us within 30 days if a product is faulty.
Receiving your Refund
Products returned due to change of mind will receive a shop credit upon receipt and inspection of goods. The cost of freight to return the item will be your expense. You will be responsible for any damage that may be incurred during transit.
Faulty products will be accessed by Manufacturers requirements, some will refund dollars, others will replace products. Before posting the item back to us please call to discuss so we can work out the best method of freight, a photo of the fault may be sufficient.
