If you have any faulty product please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us first by phone to let us know what the problem is so that we can advise on the correct course of action. Again, please notify us within 30 days if a product is faulty.
Receiving your Refund
Products returned due to change of mind will receive a shop credit upon receipt and inspection of goods. The cost of freight to return the item will be your expense. You will be responsible for any damage that may be incurred during transit.
Faulty products will be accessed by Manufacturers requirements, some will refund dollars, others will replace products. Before posting the item back to us please call to discuss so we can work out the best method of freight, a photo of the fault may be sufficient.
